Richard, aka Bambam, is the president of a local MC, called vengeance. All of his SEVERAL dealing and possession of meth charges were dropped/dismissed/not guilty. Along with all other charges he’s acquired since then including several felonies such as domestic as*ault and more possession charges. He just got raided, the clubhouse got raided, and people went to jail. Except he didn’t. Something doesn’t add up.
