It sucks living here. Used to be a quiet, enjoyable place the first time we rented our unit. It was a nightmare a few years back with all the past residents that smoked indoors almost everyday here. Now we have young punks that move in, that do what they want, and are acting childish on the weekends on the first floor. We still have a few habitual drug addicts that are allowed to keep illegal drugs on them as long as they do most of it outside the building. Drug deals do go on here. The manager can prevent people from coming to the property but still allows a dude with a hoodie to visit the property and visit and deal on the third floor. Management is complicit in that they keep a few addicts here. Despite all the problems illegal substances like marijuana brings to properties and encourages crime. Free housing brings in lazy, and juvenile people that are into illegal activities. There's a couple here that have sexcapades and get offered marijuana for sex. These activities and residents are still here, and go on. It's shocking how this nonprofit group can be allowed to run multiple housing properties. It goes to show how the housing projects may help house some people but that some still abuse the projects.
